Just Joined BP!
I'm brand new to the RE investing world (have no deals under my belt yet). I found BP through YouTube while looking for videos on real estate investing. I live in Fairfax, Virginia (15 minutes from DC). I'm interested in buy and hold -- with a focus on multi-family.

@Brandon Turner Thanks for all the great links. One of my goals is to listen all 101 of your podcasts before the end of the year. There is amazing information within those casts, I find myself learning a lot from each on even if it doesn't quite pertain to the strategy I'm planning on employing.
