Hi Everyone,

My name is Stacy and I am currently living in Fairbanks Alaska.  I am rehabbing a home here (my first) and have a rental property in Virginia.  I plan to move back to Va in a couple years and build from there but I also want to make sure I am taking the correct steps now.  I was painting over the weekend and probably listened to 10 podcasts.  If you haven't checked them out I highly recommend it.  

I just wanted to introduce myself and start network with like minded individuals.

I am working on my first major flip while working a full time job so I'm not online a great deal but I plan to touch base.
