Hey guys

 I am new and thank you for the opportunity. my name is George Stewart from Teaneck New Jersey. I am a electronic tech and have no experience in realestate investing but my goal is to become one. I found Bigger pocket through the podcast and i must say it is the best by any test. Iam thankful for a forum like this where people can share their experience with each other about realestate investing. I will be asking questions and guys if i sound silly at times  bear with me. Iam looking forward to learn from you about buy and hold, fix and flipping. By the guys i just bought J Scott books on flipping house and estimating rehab cost. Iam hopeful that one day i will feel confidence to say i am a realestate invester.
