Hello! I am a new member to the site. I am 27 years old and currently own 4 duplexes in low income areas and one townhome. And will be closing on a quadplex at the end of the month that will bring total rental units to 13.

I started investing in real estate one year ago when I was 26, and have a partner that goes in 50-50 with me on deals. Up until now, I have purchased all cash, but would like to start leveraging. I have also bought and read "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J. Scott of Bigger Pockets, which I loved. But found it increasingly difficult to find any flips in today's economy.

I look forward to meeting and throwing around ideas with fellow investors.
