Hi all, 

I am a new member from Evanston IL!  I am interested in learning how to get into wholesaling as fast as possible.

Does anyone know of a good real estate investing club in Chicagoland that I could join?  I'd lpve to hear from wholesalers or the folks who work with then how best to get started.

Hey Tim! I'm based out of Evanston as well and do property analysis and acquisitions for @Wendell De Guzman, one of Chicago's top wholesalers. I definitely suggest you come to the monthly BP meetup that @Brie Schmidt hosts. 

Be sure to listen to as many BP Podcasts as possible as those are an incredible source of information, spanning across just about every real estate niche.
