Greetings bigger pockets community. I'm Dan Rice, a newly settled Memphis resident. I have one single family home currently that I rent out from another state and I'm currently looking to acquire a new multi-family investment property in the Memphis area through some house hacking. I've finally made the move to get all of my financing lined up and am currently searching for a great deal to get me started here. I am also spending a lot of my time on bigger pockets researching how to use a uniformed service TSP retirement account that I can no longer contribute to in an effort to possibly open a SD401k or similar tool to build up my retirement through real estate investing. I look forward to building new relationships and learning from other investors.

Daniel Rice
