Is anyone familiar with a quality property management company near Powhatan Ohio?  

Does anyone have a property management company they would recommend in Montgomery or Millbrook alabama? I have a property there currently that I'm looking to place under proprty management. Thank you.

@jasonP. Welcome to BP. I recently moved to memphis as well this past summer, was prior Air Force and currently work at the VA hospital in memphis. I've worked with some great local investers and brokers here who have been very helpful! I also picked up some valuable information about using your VA benefits to increase leverage. Greetings bigger pockets community. I'm Dan Rice, a newly settled Memphis resident. I have one single family home currently that I rent out from another state and I'm currently looking to acquire a new multi-family investment property in the Memphis area through some house hacking. I've finally made the move to get all of my financing lined up and am currently searching for a great deal to get me started here. I am also spending a lot of my time on bigger pockets researching how to use a uniformed service TSP retirement account that I can no longer contribute to in an effort to possibly open a SD401k or similar tool to build up my retirement through real estate investing. I look forward to building new relationships and learning from other investors.
