Hello Everyone!

I'm new to the community and I just wanted to introduce myself... My name is Nick and I'm from Upper Marlboro, Maryland. I've been hanging out on the website & listening to the podcasts for quite some time now just soaking up information, and thought I'd finally take an action that will actually begin to help me build some meaningful relationships in the industry. I'm a newly licensed agent and want to focus my business on helping investors find deals. If there are any local investors out there (MD/DC) who wouldn't mind donating me a few minutes of their precious time over coffee to let me pick their brain, and give me some advice on what they look for in an agent, I'd greatly appreciate it!
