Hey everyone!

I moved from California to Seattle with my wife about 18 months ago as a result of an opportunity to work as a corporate executive.  Although rewarding, I'm looking to jump in to real estate investing.  I may be more excited to begin making some new connections and create some amazing stories, otherwise what's the point?!  In my previous experience in real estate as a Wholesale Lender, I thought I knew everything, yet I knew nothing.

If you could travel back in time, what advice would you give yourself when you first jumped in to real estate?
