Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Richard and I'm a starving college student who is starting a career in real estate investing (starting with wholesaling). I went to a guru seminar and that sparked a fire inside me..and I nearly gave them all of my life savings for one-on-one mentoring. Luckily I found this amazing community packed with free information, and I decided to keep my money and utilize it as seed capital. If there is anybody in the Inland Empire area willing to purchase contracts, sell homes, or just help guide a rookie into this real estate beast, I'd love to converse with you! I'll see you all at the top because the bottom is far too crowded! haha -Richard
