Newbie from Boonville, Indiana

HI everyone. I am Allen Black from Boonville Indiana which is 11 miles east from Evansville Indiana. I presently hold a Building Maintenance position for the last 22 yrs and was also an Indiana Licensed Home Inspector. I have always been involved in the Construction Business. My father worked was an Independent Contractor.

I found BiggerPockets through several website searches. I have enjoyed the Beginners Guide and especially the podcasts. I can’t get enough of them. I am investing in Real Estate to build a nice portfolio in which I can replace my present job, residual income and most of enjoy what I do for a living!
