Hello everyone!

Let me give yall my background. My name is Mark and I currently live in the Tamp Bay area. I am currently employed with the military however I am transitioning out of the service starting in November. I have been interested in investing in real estate for several years but now that I am going to make Tampa my home, (getting married and starting a family) I am starting to get serious about it and have been expanding my knowledge and starting my networking. I will be employed (coincidently) as a mortgage processor after my time with the service is complete. In between jobs I am also taking the real estate licensing course. I’ve been listening to the podcasts and find that these have a plethora of knowledge and that I am only scratching the surface! I would love to meet up at any clubs or groups if there are any in town. I look forward to hearing from everyone in the community and also local investors to whom I can learn from and also help benefit for. Any guidance and direction is greatly appreciated!
