Good Afternoon/Evening !

My business partner and I are starting out in Wholesaling. We've put together a marketing campaign and we've been able to establish some potential seller phone numbers listed with properties we've found online. My partner and I currently work for a major fortune 500 company, within the Call Center, as front-line employees. In our compliance training, we're very aware of The Do Not Call Registry. Does this registry pertain to wholesalers, and if so, how do we work around these federal guidelines?

@Brandon Turner and @Dmitriy Fomichenko, thank you for the great tip, I did set up my keyword alerts for my area! I also downloaded and have been reading the UBG. Great source of information and strategies for sure. I also got invited to attend a Real Estate Investors meeting in my area, so Ill post a blog and let everyone know how it went. I have been reading so many posts the last couple of days to. I love how BP post related articles in the articles to follow up more information.

Hello everyone!

Let me give yall my background. My name is Mark and I currently live in the Tamp Bay area. I am currently employed with the military however I am transitioning out of the service starting in November. I have been interested in investing in real estate for several years but now that I am going to make Tampa my home, (getting married and starting a family) I am starting to get serious about it and have been expanding my knowledge and starting my networking. I will be employed (coincidently) as a mortgage processor after my time with the service is complete. In between jobs I am also taking the real estate licensing course. I’ve been listening to the podcasts and find that these have a plethora of knowledge and that I am only scratching the surface! I would love to meet up at any clubs or groups if there are any in town. I look forward to hearing from everyone in the community and also local investors to whom I can learn from and also help benefit for. Any guidance and direction is greatly appreciated! I hope to do business in the future with yall.
