Hi, my name is Josh Violette and i'm just starting my journey in REI. I met someone at work who is a landlord and she has been helping me learn about the business. I found BP online and have learned so much. I love the podcasts. I listen to at least one everyday. I'm currently working as a Retail Manager and want to buy my first property in the next six to twelve months. I have about 15K to invest and am currently researching areas to invest in. I'm looking foreword to learning and sharing with everybody on this site.
