Newbie from Cary North Carolina

Hi All, I am Prathap Dadi from Cary, NC. I am looking for passive returns from real estate invesments. Regarding my background I moved to Traingle area last year . Earlier I lived in

San jose ,Ca. I was an accidental landlord. I rented the place I used to live and sold it recently.  This is a great place to be part of with so many folks trying to help each other.

My primary goals are passive income from real estate investment with a 10 to 15 years time horizon.  I have a solid day job and I am looking for easy experience which means no low cost house, investment in crime areas.  There isn't a good cash flow in Cary/Morrisville area. I am looking into to invest in safe neighborhoods in and around Raleigh/Durham traingle which have good steady rentals and some appreciation potential.

I am ok without any cash flow for first few years as I can invest from my w-2 to start with.

Looking forward for networking with BP community and please help me to meet my goals.
