Hello BP community! I am brand new to actively being a real estate investor, and I felt it necessary to make a BP account, as I have been using it to gather as much information as I could in the past couple months. 

I am an extremely young investor, at age 17, and am currently working as a wholesaler for my mentor in the Houston area. I do not wish to stay a wholesaler, but I figured it was a good starting point to build some capitol.
However, I will not stop wholesaling until I feel I fully sharpened the tool of wholesaling for further use.
