Time to stop lurking! Noob from North Port, Florida
Hello Everyone!
I have decided to come out of the shadows, I just sold my first rehabbed house in Cleveland, Ohio and decided to make the trek south. I lived in the house for 8 years so I guess you could say I over rehabbed since I planned on living there for awhile. I was a mortgage broker for years and now getting into the Realtor side of the business. This site has been an inspiration over the last 2 years and Im excited to be apart of the community now!
