Hi everyone! I am so excited to join this community! I'm new to real estate investment, but have been wanting to get started for some time. I'm currently working as in-house counsel for a group of pediatricians. I have gained some experience with commercial real estate transactions through my job, and I'm looking to learn as much as possible and get started with real estate investing. I'm so happy I stumbled across this website. This is truly the kick-start I needed to fulfill my dream of becoming a real estate investor and (hopefully) one day leave the corporate grind behind. I'm really looking forward to connecting with other like-minded people on this site!

Welcome @Tracy Bruns , one on the things that I would recommend is the podcasts, I've gained some bit of knowledge from every single one of them. In each interview @Joshua Dorkin  & @Brandon Turner make it a point to ask the guests how they got started. There is a tremendous amount of information here. Enjoy, & share with us your journey.
