SoCal Tech Entrepreneur looking to provide Wholesalers with Rehab Deals

I recently discovered Bigger Pockets and I’m really loving the platform and all of the cool information that can be found here!

I’m a 12 year tech entrepreneur. I own and operate an award winning digital creative agency that develops high-end websites and mobile apps. I’ve also launched half-a-dozen digital products and tech startups, including one social network.

Digital projects are fun but I also enjoy brick and mortar projects too! I’ve overseen the construction of an international branch bank, rehabbed two homes and flipped a home. But most of that experience was 7+ years ago, so I consider myself a newbie. :-)

Currently I’m interested in finding rehab deals in the Inland Empire region and offering them to wholesalers. I plan to leverage my experience as a online marketer and tech entrepreneur to help me discover new deals using creative approaches.   I can see it's not going to be easy... but I like a challenge!

And of course, with BP's help, I’m hoping to only make ORIGINAL mistakes.
