I just want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that took the time to respond to my post.  I've been travelling and just returned to see all the responses!   I'll be diving into some of these recommendations and follow up with those of you that work in areas that we feel may hold some promise.  

I hope this post has also been helpful for other new investors as well.

My wife and I are looking to get started as real estate investors. We live in California and it’s to expensive here to cash flow.

What's are some of the BEST CITIES in the USA to purchase SFR or Condo rental units that can still CASH FLOW?

At the moment we are considering Huntsville Al and Al Paseo, TX

But what other places should we be considering?

Welcome to BP!  I'm a newbie myself and I've been spending hours on the website and listening to the podcast with my wife.   It's been really helpful to get strategy ideas from other experienced investors and figure out the best way for us to enter into the world of real estate investing.

Hello Everyone,

I've been using software like Basecamp and Trello to manage our web dev projects for years.  I see that a few investors here on BP are using these and other web-based tools to manage rehabs as well.  

However, I'm curious as to if there are any really good Mobile Apps that are designed specifically to help small investors project manage Rehabs?    If so, is anyone using them successfully? 

What might also be interesting is a reply on how you've adapted Basecamp or Trello for your Rehab projects if you're using one of these.
