Hello all!

Other than my principal residence, I have zero experience.

I've hooked up with a local REI group but found BiggerPockets through the Podcasts and am devouring all the information I can find!

I am most interested in small Single Family homes and am leaning towards providing Rent to Own opportunities.

What type of investments are you interested and what are you doing right now to educate yourself? BP is awesome however be aware that majority of members here are residing in the US. There are some differences between US and CAD real estate investments. Wish you the best and feel free to connect.
