New to REI

Good afternoon, Everyone.

My name is Cory and I am new to the REI. I am located in Little Rock, AR. I'm currently looking to invest in single family and multi (du, tri, four) family homes. I've spent the last few months studying up on REI and am looking to execute my first deal within a couple of months.

Favorite book on REI so far is Millionaire Real Estate Investor. The book really broke down the principals of REI in a way that others had not.

I am looking to connect with other REIs in the central Arkansas area for local deals. Also looking to connect on BP with professionals with experience in multifamily investing and deal financing.

Thanks in advance,

Cory
