Hello, fellow BP members.

I'm for recommendations on lenders that will allow  cash-out refi for LLCs in Texas.

I have property held in a LLC and I like to do a cash out refi without transferring it out of the LLC in order to make it happen.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks!

Oh, well it was worth asking.

Yeah, @Wells Lange I was trying to avoid reducing my savings too much.

Thanks all for the advice.

Hello, all. I'm new to investin.

I have found a great opportunity in Arlington,TX and was wondering if it is possible to purchase an investment duplex with only 10% down payment? I would not live in the property and I know that 20% is usually required in that in situation. I have excellent credit so that would not be an issue.

Recommendation on lenders that accommodate 10% down  would also be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks, @Ray Ellen.

I'd love to attend your meeting and get to know other REI in the Little Rock metro area.

I'm particularly interested in learning about financing deals outside of traditional lending institutions.

Coffee soon would be great!

Thanks, @Brandon Turner ! I've read through the Ultimate Beginners Guide already. I'll be sure to check out the blog post on buying small multifamily property.

Also, thanks for the tip about setting up keywords. Any additional tips you have to share would be much appreciated.

I'm looking forward to learning and growing here. And yes, I'll see you around the forums.

Thanks, @Elizabeth Colegrove I've been combing through the site and podcast (so much great information). Thanks also for the tip about the signatures. I've seen those and checked a few out but I will begin adding those to my resource list.

Good afternoon, Everyone.

My name is Cory and I am new to the REI. I am located in Little Rock, AR. I'm currently looking to invest in single family and multi (du, tri, four) family homes. I've spent the last few months studying up on REI and am looking to execute my first deal within a couple of months.

Favorite book on REI so far is Millionaire Real Estate Investor. The book really broke down the principals of REI in a way that others had not.

I am looking to connect with other REIs in the central Arkansas area for local deals. Also looking to connect on BP with professionals with experience in multifamily investing and deal financing.

Thanks in advance,

Cory

Thanks, Elizabeth. The info presented for the area I'm looking in (Little Rock, AR) seems pretty spot on for some properties and way off for others.

I do have a realtor that I am working with currently. I will try the sites you suggested.
