Hey everyone!

I recently bought a house in Wauwatosa, WI, which is just outside of Milwaukee.  I graduated from Marquette Unugersity in 2010 with degrees in real estate and finance.  I worked at a bank for 3 years underwriting commercial real estate loans and have spent the past year in the real estate tax department of a major retailer.  I recently came across this website and it has given me the push to start investing in real estate.  I'm excited to learn more and to make a path to start investing in real estate!

I tell people you only need about an 8th grade education to make a fortune in real estate so you're in great shape.  Remember the Seinfeld episode where George decides to do everything the opposite of what he would normally do?  Think about that when the inner banker in you weighs into a decision.  They are risk averse and will need jobs a long, long time.  Good luck and welcome aboard!
