Hello from Boston Massachusetts.
Hello all,
I've been investing in and around Boston Massachusetts since 2008. My strategy has been to buy and hold for passive income and I have successfully been growing my portfolio of rental properties throughout the years. My objectif is to expand this number and find more fix and flip deals as well.
I am very excited to join this site after listening to a lot of podcasts for the past six months, and I'm hoping to connect and network with other investors such as myself, wholesalers, brokers, and really all real estate professionals, to create more investing opportunities, collaborations, and hopefully generate more wealth together.
I'm looking forward to interact with the community.

Hi Nadjim, welcome to BP.
This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.
This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.
Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. Best one to check out in the Black Diamond event in Waltham (2nd meeting in Worcester). The other local one worth checking out is the Boston Area REIA in Medford. Several other things both north and south of the city if you want to see more. I personally like the NEREIA in Chelmsford and @Justin Silverio 's quarterly meetup in Woburn, the next one in September will be onsite at one of his projects in Stoneham though.
