Hello! Stoked to be part of the BP community! I'm recently married and pretty excited to start a family in the San Luis Obispo area. My wife and I are outdoor adventure and camping nuts, and recently moved to the Central Coast to be closer to family. My wife is a Clinical Lab Scientist and I set up luxury tent camps and operate outdoor adventures. 

I'm actively seeking partners or mentors in the five cities area that can utilize my management skills, construction knowledge, and outgoing personality to add value to their business model or network.

My wife is pre-approved for $300k USDA loan and looking to buy immediately in Atascadero, Templeton, Santa Margarita, or Morro Bay. We are also looking for owner-financing and property that has potential to pour sweat equity into.
