Hi BPers!

I am excited to have found this community of like minded people.  I am a fairly new investor in the Portland Area.  I moved here 3 years ago and bought my first duplex last year.  We live on one side and have tenants that cover the mortgage on the other side.

I am currently looking for my next RE investment and I am also 90% done with my Oregon brokers license course.

I am looking to network with some other local investors.  PM me if you are interested in meeting for some coffee or better yet some beer, this is Portland after all.
