Hi! I live in Oregon City too.

 I used Online Ed for my course training.

PPG (Premiere Property Group) and Keller Williams both have excellent training programs.  I would recommend starting with either of them.

Yes, just to clarify and bring this conversation back from the dead... the $3000 purchase price is solely for the redemption rights.  All other liens stay on the property.  They will still need to purchase the property at auction or assume the loan from the original borrower.

Most of these companies will buy the property at auction and use the fact that they own the redemption rights to deter other investors from bidding.

I live in Oregon City and love it!  Great place to raise a family and lots of potential in the coming years. I charge my tenants an $80 flat fee for water and trash. Small Multi families go quick so be ready to pounce!

Keep it for sure if you can. ADU's are also an option in OC if you're looking to increase cash flow and can afford to add one.
