Hi,

I am new to real estate investing and this forum seems like a great place to learn more and make new connections.  I do not have a door yet, but I have been actively searching the Newark, DE area for a Single family or Duplex to buy and hold.  I'm also intrigued by some of the duplex offerings in the City of Wilmington, but my knowledge of the area is rather limited.
