Hey everyone, my name is John. My eyes have recently been opened to the investing (particularly real estate) world as I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I am only eighteen years old and just graduated from high school. I can't wait to learn and get started.

@BrandonatBP Awesome, I am half way through the Beginner's Guide and I am getting more of a grasp on things.

One more question: What do you think about "flip-ins"? When someone lives in the house they are flipping so they don't have to manage two properties at once, at least while starting out.
