Hey everyone! New to the site but love what I read on the forum. My name is Lee Kendall and I am a real estate investor and real estate agent here in Ocean City Maryland. My personal properties range from empty lots and yearly rentals to high end weekly rentals, so I have a bit of experience all around with both positive and negative experiences. Hey @Lee Kendall thanks for jumping in and introducing yourself! Looks like you have some good experience with real estate! Don't be afraid to jump in and help answer questions or ask some of your own.

Have you setup your "Keyword Alerts" yet? If not - definitely add some. I'd recommend adding "Berlin" so you'll be notified when people talk about your local area.
