Hello from Decatur Illinois. Married father of 3 beautiful girls, who is not in the right career. I have always had a passion for owning several properties and living every day looking for the next deal. That said I have $0 down credit is fair and on the up. My thoughts are fix and flip to gain some cash flow then fix and hold. Open to advice.

Attend your local meet ups and REIA Club.

Consider buy-hold for monthly cashflow.

Go through each podcasts at least twice.
