Hello everyone,

I'm currently in the fresno area looking to invest and network with other investors. I'm also a newbie with some knowledge in real estate. I'm in the process of getting my license to become an agent however I know that isnt a requirement to make money in real estate just a choice. I feel like im ready to close my first deal just looking for someone with more experience to lightly help mentor me through my first deal. I'm not asking for too much of anyones time just help, I'm a fast learner but just a little lost on exactly where to start. I'm looking to invest in multifamiy, rentals, lease options, flipping.

Thank You
Clara

Welcome to Bigger Pockets

You have definetely made the right choice on being on this website.

First, If you are or becoming an agent and an investor you may want to focus on Brokers in your area that are Investor Friendly.  This way they will be comfortable with you doing business as an investor/agent.

If you cannot find a mentor on here, Try calling local agent or interview with local Brokers to see if they are investor friendly.

Second.   Here is a link to help get you started.

Have a great day
