Hello everyone,

I'm currently in the fresno area looking to invest and network with other investors. I'm also a newbie with some knowledge in real estate. I'm in the process of getting my license to become an agent however I know that isnt a requirement to make money in real estate just a choice. I feel like im ready to close my first deal just looking for someone with more experience to lightly help mentor me through my first deal. I'm not asking for too much of anyones time just help, I'm a fast learner but just a little lost on exactly where to start. I'm looking to invest in multifamiy, rentals, lease options, flipping.

Thank You
Clara
