new investor located in Los Angeles/ investing in cleveland area

Hello i'm new to the site but have been following the podcast for some time now, and read both books BP has released. Grew up in a real estate home, I have a brother and bother that are both agents. Looking to flip and buy and hold in Cleveland area, and possibly grow to flipping in the outlying Los Angeles area. Would love to meet more people in the Cleveland area: wholesalers, renovators, property managers etc. Already PM'ed a few any recommendations would be great. Thanks to everyone that posts here I've already gathered a lot of information just searching through related posts!
