Hello from new investor

My name is Parker and I'm relatively new to the real estate game. I'm excited to learn all of the new ways I can grow in the real estate field as an investor.  I bought my current property as a foreclosure with a great interest rate and am currently looking into options of what would be the best way that I can utilize this property to build into other properties.
