Hey Guys and Gals

My name is Steve Frost from Orange County California (southern California). I'm originally from London, UK and have been here for 2 years.

I have a automated freight business here in the US and one in the UK, I have always been interested in real estate but thought I needed thousand$ in capital to get started, until I found out about wholesaling.

I have been reading up about this for sometime now and are ready to go, so if anybody can ping some suggestion it would be much appreciated.

just 1 quick question i'm a little unsure of. When I have found a deal do I:

1) get the seller to fill out an Option Agreement?

2)Contract_Wholesale_Buying_simple_letter? (got this form from JP Moses)

or  both of the above?

Thanks Guys and look forward to networking

Regards Steve Frost

  • July 9th
  • 6:00 P.M.
  • Lake Forest CA
  • Roundtable Pizza, on Lambert.

The only costs associated with the meet up is for your food and drinks. This initial event is to let everyone introduce themselves to each other, talk about deals, and how we can help each other.

We are suggesting that those who attend make a small flyer to hand out that outlines:

- What you are looking for

- What you are offering

- What service you provide

This, along with name tags, should help improve our networking time.

SEE YOU THERE!
