@J Scott use to live in the Atlanta area, and did a lot of rehab/flips in that Area.

He has a site that should be of Interest to you: www.123flip.com

He has written a few Books, here is a link at this site: The Book on Flipping Houses, and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs

Also, at the Top of this page, Click on the "learn tab" and you could be spending many hours on the Information that is available.
