Hello BP,

Just wanted to introduce myself.  I'm totally new to this but I am learning so much from all the different post and discussions I've read.  Right now I am currently getting as much knowledge as I can before I jump into investing.  My husband and I plan to purchase a multi-family unit before the end of this year and this is how we plan to start out as landlords.  But anyway just wanted to say hi...
