Hi Everyone... I'm a new member to BiggerPockets straight from Southern California.  I've done a few deals small deals in wholesaling, contract assignment and even a few fixers.  I am always looking for new and great people to network and team up with.  I got the real estate creative deal bug in me and I am always on the hunt. (Such a positive high). =)
