Newbie in Baltimore.MD
Hello all. Glad to here. My name Eric and I am a new real estate investor in the Baltimore area Learning wholesaleing. My goal is to do Fix & Flip and generate a passive income from buy & hold over the next 20 years. I am new to real estate any and all advice you is welcome.
