Has any Charlotte folks had any success with rehabbing to rent or flip in Charlotte? If anyone has any contractors they have possible feedback on I would like to hear if you are willing to share.

Hello everyone,

I'm 35 years old and married with one child. I attended Virginia Tech where i majored in Finance and Businesss Information Technology. I've been in Charlotte for 10+ years now but i was raised in Washington DC area where i also worked for a bit after college.

I currently have two rental properties but my goal is to accumulate more assets: Mobile Home Park, du/tri/quad plexes, Small multi-family apartments, etc.

As much as I like accumulating assets I also like trading and doing deals so I'm also interested in acquiring land and doing development.

Look forward to learning more from fellow investors.
