Hello BP, from Centerville, GA

Hey BP, my name is Donny Trana. I live in Centerville, Georgia. It is pretty much smack in the middle of the state. Although I grew up in Iowa, my wife and I moved to GA in 2005. We came here to be closer to family and further from cold. In 2007 we bought our personal residence which was my first experience with real estate.

After starting my final semester of school last fall, I started seriously researching what I wanted to do after graduation. That is when I stumbled on real estate. Since then I have been listening to the BP podcast and soaking up every bit of info I can on REI. Now I am finally done with school and have a degree in business management. Although I may have to get a 9-5 job at some point (got bills anyone?), the idea of doing my own thing really appeals to me.

My plan is to take action, pursue wholesaling and get some first-hand experience along the way. Down the road, I would like to buy investment properties for cash-flow.
