Hello everyone!

I'm a recent graduate and currently working as a Software Engineer in Denver. I am new to real estate, and I have been very impressed with the learning resources and community BP provides. So far I've worked my way through most of the podcasts, the Ultimate Beginners Guide, and some of the most commonly recommended books.

My goal is to build a buy and hold portfolio near Denver, and I am currently seeking all the advice I can find. I plan on going to any future BP meetups in my area and I look forward to connecting with other Bigger Pockets members!

For the last few years my focus has been on building software that pulls information from sources all over the web and automates data entry and information retrieval tasks. I don't actually know if many investors would have a need for this type of automation, but I would happily write code that could help systematize some of the time consuming parts of someone's day in exchange for any knowledge or experience they'd be willing to provide.
