Hello All,

I am totally new to real estate investing and trying to figure the ins and outs before pulling the trigger. I've been reading post after post on BP for about a month now as well as spend a great deal of time listening to all the incredible podcasts. Very incredible information! Thanks to Brandon and Joshua!

I am currently in Pearland, TX so hopefully will start my real estate biz here. Looking for some great meetup groups locally to show up and learn to network.

Just want to reach out to everyone here on BP. Will definitely reach out to all the vets here for advise hopefully very soon.
