Inglewood investing and a comp to show specifics

Hey all, I've posted some details from a deal I just closed on, and if you look at the metrics, the signs continue to point to a strong cash flow outlook on the NFL's newest home. I've been pretty active in the area, so if you guys need some advice/insight on what's transpiring, feel free to ask.

You could set up meetings with a few known brands in town and see where that leads you. You'll be better off joining a team to begin with and not just following an out-dated system of boiler plate wheelhousing.

Best,

I live in Lakewood, so I know Long Beach well. There's not much to look at, but I'm always up for a meetup or discussion of some sort. See my contact info and lets speak soon!

Best,

@Eyal B. If you're free early next week, we could meet up in Los Feliz. PM me your contact info if you have a sec!

This is absolutely fantastic. We should talk!

Best,

@Shane W. For young families just getting started, the lack of schools in the area might pose an issue. The creation of housing for the perceived demand in the area all boils down to what will be coming down the line. Inglewood has simply been a cash flow play for most investors for years, but now with a fresh change of pace and development ready to take off, the creative space and retail sectors will ensure demand for housing, and the type of housing required will be mostly rental space.

Landlords will stand to benefit greatly in a few years, which is why I am spending most, if not all, my time working Inglewood. My clients have enjoyed coming into the area at a modest price, with the anticipation of future value increases. Email me if you have any other questions!
