New investor from Muskegon, MI

Hello everyone, My wife and I are excited to be new investors. We have already used some great information from this site. A little about us; we both grew up in Muskegon. I joined the USAF after high school and we married shortly after. After serving 10 good years it was time to get home to family. We moved back Muskegon in 2012. With the help of my Grandmother, retired real estate broker, and a great realtor we found our first place. A little cape cod foreclosure that we got a steal on. We plan on renting it out when we are ready to move. We bought our first single-family rental in 2013 and the tenants are great so far. We are almost done with the minor renovations on number two and number three is patiently waiting. We plan to have all three occupied by this fall and we are keeping an eye out for number four. We look forward to meeting some good people and great investors! -Seth and Elizabeth
