Our experience with fundandgrow was good. They made the process easy, helped with everything and answered any questions we had. Sabrina Ubele and Retrina Thomas walked us through the process staying in constant communication. Now we’re working on the best option to pull cash from the lines of credit!

Thanks F&G!

James Petry I agree with Wayne Brooks , I wouldn’t worry. They probably want to make sure you’re a serious buyer and not a “tire kicker.” If something comes up on your inspection and you back out, you shouldn’t have an issue getting that EMD refunded. We’ve had to back out of deals for various reasons and always got our EMD refunded. Good luck! Seth

That seems reasonable. We charge $50 the first day it’s late and an additional $25 every week after.

We don't charge a fee and the initial application is free. When we want to move forward with an applicant they pay for the background check directly to the company providing the service.

I'm a Department of Defense contractor. I spend half the year overseas and my wife runs the rentals when I'm gone. I love my job and it helps fund the rentals!
