Hello,

I had a lead come the other day but the numbers wont work. During a bit of research I found that the property had an assessment that was rather large.I just wanted to know more about assessments in general I guess. Does it have to be paid when the property is sold? Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to BP. I just joined here a few days ago. Anyway depending on what your goal is for real estate you should pick books that focus on that. In my short time on this site I have already made some contacts and found all kinds of information. Just search the forums or start a new topic. Best of luck to you.

Hello,

Im just getting into REI and was wondering if there's anybody here on bigger pockets investing the Livingston County, MI area. I would really like to make as many connections as I can. My plan is to start wholesaling properties in this area so if you're investing in this area let me know what your looking for.

Thanks

Hi all,

Allow to reintroduce myself my name is Jeff Warfield. I live in Howell, MI. Its been some time since I was last on this site. I joined awhile back with every intention of becoming a real player in my market but as with many life gets in the way. Now ready to get back in the saddle and really put the time and effort needed to make things happen. I'm a newbie to real estate investing but I found that starting in wholesaling best suits me for the time being. Of course I don't want it to be my be all end all. I most certianly would like to move to bigger and better things in this venture hopefully create some good connections/relationships in my market and make some real money along way. I wish the best to all you in your real estate investing goals.

P.S. Profile pic coming soon. Lol
