What's happening BP....

I'm glad I found this community. There is nothing more helpful for real estate online and I'm glad to be a part of it. I've read tons of the blog and forum post. I've also listened to a lot of the podcast and signed up shortly after.

I'm a sales professional in the medical industry looking to turn up the heat on my investing. I started out years ago by buying a duplex rental property as my first property. I really had NO idea what I was doing. I made money with rental income initially but the market changed. I bought too high and tenants weren't paying. That experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I stopped looking for properties.

I still studied RE and believe in building wealth through a RE portfolio of passive income. I've decided to reposition myself to get back started and use the previous failure as a learning lesson. I'm interested in wholesaling to increase cash and invest in rehab flips to ultimately acquire a portfolio of rental properties for passive income.

With all the competition in RE and wholesaling, I want to do things the right way by providing value and high quality experiences. I am looking for knowledge, connections, relationships, and resources to do so in Detroit and other potential markets here on BP.

I'm glad to be a part of this community and look forward to making things happen.
